Celebrity Big Brother housemate quit show 'because his nose could have fallen off'

Taking part in Celebrity Big Brother could be quite a harrowing experience - the lack of freedom, the massive arguments, the public hatred - so the stars could be forgiven for having a change of heart when it comes to appearing on the show.
But one of the names who was rumoured to be heading into the reality television house until recently has reportedly pulled out for a very different reason - because his nose could have fallen off.

Rodrigo Alves has hit the headlines over the years for having a multitude of plastic surgery procedures in a bid to look like a human Ken doll.

The former flight attendant went under the knife for the 50th time earlier this year but is now set to have his 51st operation.
It will be his 10th on his nose and this time he is attempting to correct his breathing.
He told the MailOnline: “I don’t want to have another nose operation, but I have no choice.
“I wanted to look better, but now I can’t breathe at all. So it has been hard to deal with. It is going to be very painful and risky.”

Doctors have apparently warned that his nose could fall off if it is operated on again but he is still going ahead with the procedure rather than go into the Celebrity Big Brother house.
A source told OK!: “Roddy was supposed to enter the house in 2018, but then things got moved around and he was scheduled to join the next series starting in August.
“But now, he’s decided to go off around the world and party for a month and also get some more surgery on his nose which he has wanted for a very long time.”
